The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. superjl makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
In no event shall superjl's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your superjl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
